The Sèlvans Association promotes the Healthy Forests and Therapeutic Itineraries project, with the creation of a network of seven mature and unique forests that offer "Forest Baths" to visitors who seek well-being and connect with nature.
A forest bath 🌳 is an immersion in a forest of high natural value, it is done with a guide and a series of proposals for the person to connect with nature with all the senses. Relaxation, contemplation and full attention combine to discover the sounds of the forest, the life present in every corner, the light that filters through the leaves of the trees, the pleasant touch of the stones.. .
You can e💆🏻♀️choose to enjoy it with family or alone.

2️⃣ HOLISTIC MASSAGE
Massage is both an art and a science. For thousands of years, techniques have been developed to find a balance and reach relaxation. In Eastern countries, the hands are the basic tool for working with energy.
A massage💆🏻♀️ has the immediate power to not only produce effects on the circulation or muscles but also relax, reducing daily tensions and stress. The power of the energy transmitted through the hands is undeniable. When we hurt ourselves instinctively the first thing we do is put our hands on it. Did you notice?

Doing a yoga session 🤸🏻♀️ on SUP boards, in the sea, improves breathing and the immune system, balances the nervous system, increases strength, flexibility, coordination, stability and endurance, and above all strengthens the heart

4️⃣ CRUISE ON FOOT TO THE COSTA BRAVA
Walking is an easy, low-impact exercise that fits into a person's schedule. Studies show that when people walk 🚶🏻♀️, the body relaxes and sends calm signals to the mind, which will help reduce tension. This type of exercise also raises the level of hormones called "positive" such as endorphins; which reduce cortisol and adrenaline, precursors of stress.
You can combine this activity on the Camí de Ronda with swimming in its coves and even more recommended if you do it at sunrise, when the sea is calmer.
