INICIATIVES GISO SL, with address in Sant Antoni de Calonge, calle Josep Mercader 1, CP 17252 and with CIF no. B17576463 (hereinafter, Apartments Gibert), organizes a contest with a draw (hereinafter, 'August contest') to give away a 2x1 voucher on the booking in one of the Apartments Gibert for a stay of 2 to 4 nights, valid from 01/09/2024* to 01/12/2024* (*excluding longweekends), which will be governed by the following BASES:
1- Participants
The competition is open to all persons aged 18 or over of any nationality.
2- Period of participation
The participation period in the promotion begins on August 13, 2024 from 12 pm and ends on August 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm. GIBERT APARTMENTS may extend or reduce this period, which is communicated through the website and social networks.
3- Participation and drawing procedure
During the participation period indicated in the second basis, interested parties may participate in the August Contest from the social network Instagram @apartamamentsgibert and in the publication with the reference August Contest if they meet the following requirements:
Follow the Instagram profile of Apartamentos Gibert (@apartamentsgibert)
Make a 'like' in the publication of the 'August Giveaway'
Correctly answer the question proposed in the post along with the mention of another @Instagram profile with whom they would like to enjoy the prize.
The contest publications will be published on the official profile of Gibert Apartments between August 13, 2024 and August 20, 2024 inclusive.
Only one participation per person is allowed.
The draw will be held on August 21, 2024 using a random system with guarantee certificate of the Easypromos application. One winner will be selected, who will be entitled to a 2x1 voucher in one of the Gibert Apartments for a stay of 2 to 4 nights, valid from 1/09/2024* to 1 /12/2024* (*excluding long weekend), and 1 person on the waiting list in case there is any anomaly with the winner or does not meet the response time provided for in point 5 of these bases.
4- Award
The prize consists of a 2x1 voucher on booking in one of the Gibert Apartments for a stay of 2 to 4 nights, valid from 1/09/2024* to 1/12/2024* ( *excluding long weekend).
5- Publication and announcement of the winner
The lucky person should check the official profile of Gibert Apartments on Instagram. Subsequently, from the official profile of Gibert Apartments will contact the winner by a private message through Instagram.
The winning person must reply to this private message on Instagram no later than August 26, 2024. Upon this date and no response from the winner, the prize will become for the substitute person and the winner will not be entitled to claim the prize.
In the case of the substitute person, the announcement to be a substitute winner will be sent by private message to Instagram on August 27, 2024. The alternate winner must reply to this message no later than 31 August 2024.
6- Posting of comments and/or opinions
No comments or opinions may be considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious or discriminatory or may infringe the rights of others. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one’s own image are not permitted. We are not responsible for any damage caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion, and that at any time may hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
7- Personal data
Participation in the Contest implies the consent of the participants to collect and process the data provided in the terms expressed in this basis.
8- Acceptance of the bases
All participants in the Contest, by the simple act of participating, accept these bases.
